What is a reminder message?
A few hours before the appointment the customer gets a message: “see you tomorrow at 14:30”. If they cannot make it they cancel right there and the slot frees up. Included in Gold and Pro; on Starter it is added for 10 ₼ a month.
What happens if I go over the limit?
Nothing stops. Each booking above the limit is counted separately and added to the month-end invoice. You are not punished for being busy.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. It is monthly and you can stop whenever you like. Stopping does not delete your data — come back and everything is still there.
Does the customer have to register?
No. The customer types a name and a phone number, that is all. No app, no account — just a link.
How many languages are supported?
Azerbaijani, Russian and English. Your page opens in all three and the customer picks.
